Using Atmel Microcontrollers? The Embedded Systems Academy offers a variety of consulting and training services for applications using the T89C51CC01 to AT89C51CC03 or the AT90CAN128 AVR microcontrollers. Our tutors and consultants are experienced with the compilers from Keil, Raisonance, Tasking, IAR and IMAGEcraft, the emulators from Hitex and Nohau and CAN/CANopen products from Peak, Vector, and IXXAT. CANopen Application Examples and Demo KitApplication examples for the CANopen device profiles for encoder, joystick and batteries have been implemented by Embedded Systems Academy. The implementations are based on MicroCANopen and a special visualization software package displays the information provided by the CANopen nodes. For more information on this package see the Atmel CANopen Demo Kit page. CANopen Compliant BootloaderEmbedded Systems Academy has developed a CANopen compliant bootloader for the Atmel T89C51CC01 CAN and Flash Microcontroller. For more information on the bootloader visit our CANopen Bootloader page. Kickstart your project and save development timeOur specialty is a "project-kickstart" where one of our consultants visits you for 1-2 weeks. The first days will be spent on a customized training where we try to fill exactly those knowledge gaps that you and your team might have. The rest of the stay will be spent implementing early prototypes (usually based on Phytec Rapid Development Kits) that implement the required CAN communication routines. How much can be achieved in what time is highly application and team specific. However, during a recent one-week consulting visit we were able to have the CANopen communication completely setup and running for two different prototypes within one week, shaving off 4 weeks of the development schedule involving 6 engineers. This particular project used the T89C51CC01 and the following development tools:
Don't want to get into all the details? If you do not want your own development team to get involved into each and every detail, we also offer hardware and/or software development services using Atmel microcontrollers. A complete CAN/CANopen project implementing a CANopen device profile such as for generic I/O or for an encoder can be turned around in as little as 1-2 months for the prototype and another 1-2 months for a well documented and tested device. Please see our list of classes for more details or contact us! |
